Jessica Biel is attached to star in and produce rookie screenwriter Julia Brownell’s F***ing Engaged, a raunchy comedy about a couple who make a pact to have sex every day leading to their wedding so they don’t turn into their crusty old parents. It’s the first script sale for Brownell. A playwright from the MFA theater program at NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts, she has written Smart Cookie and Fantasy Baseball for the stage and made the short films Pizza Boy and The Assistant. She also has performed in improv and sketch-comedy groups. Biel most recently starred in Powder Blue, Easy Virtue and I Now Pronounce You Chuck & Larry. She next appears in David O. Russell’s romantic comedy Nailed and Valentine’s Day, which hits theaters in February.

Justin Timberlake has flown to see Jessica Biel to prove he still loves her. The SexyBack singer – who has been dogged by rumours he has dumped Jessica – travelled to Vancouver, Canada, to take the Hollywood beauty out on a date on Tuesday (October 20). Justin and Jessica – who is in Canada shooting a movie adaptation of TV series The A-Team – went to a late-night showing of Where the Wild Things Are at the Dunbar Theatre and showed they are still in love as they sat at the back of the cinema hugging. A source said: “They laughed a lot. Justin got comfortable, putting his feet up on the back of the seat in front of him, and his head on Jessica’s shoulder. “They seem so happy to have worked things out.” Justin’s mother Lynn Harless has voiced her support for 27-year-old Jessica, denying her son’s two-and-a-half-year romance is on the rocks. Lynn said about Jessica: “Justin has found someone that’ll golf with him, give him a hard time when he deserves it and stand up to him.” She added: “Jessica is awesome.”

Jessica Biel is gearing up to bring her A-game to The A-Team. The actress said in a recent interview with MTV News that if fans are expecting it to be anything like the TV show, they are in for a surprise. The movie will be much more serious in tone than the classic 80’s action series. “I think it will be a little bit similar here and there but we really have our own tone going on,” she said. “It’s a little bit less campy than the actual show and a little bit more serious action and fighting sequences but still with lots of humor. Lots and lots of humor.” The actress, who will star alongside Bradley Cooper, UFC champ Quinton “Rampage” Jackson, District 9 star Sharlto Copley and Liam Neeson, would be open to seeing one of the original A-Teamers come back and get in on the action. But that’s all still up in the air. “I don’t know about [possible cameos] actually. Up to my knowledge at this point no,” she said, adding that she’d like to see Mr. T play some kind of role. “That would be great. I can’t imagine that people wouldn’t want to see him. When you think of A-Team you think of Mr. T, so that’d be great. I don’t know about it though.” Biel does know a thing or two about her character, Carissa Sosa (it’s worth noting that IMDB lists her character’s name as Amy Allen; perhaps IMDB has it wrong). “She works for the Department of Defense, so she’s sort of after the A-Team throughout the whole movie,” she said. “She had a previous relationship connection with one of the members of the A-Team, but not presently at the moment is their particular love interest.” Thanks to MTV News for this info!

Justin Timberlake’s mother has silenced rumours the pop star has split from longtime girlfriend Jessica Biel – insisting the couple is still together. Timberlake, who began dating the actress in 2006, was said to have called off their relationship in August. Pictures emerged last month showing the two walking hand-in-hand in California. But Timberlake’s grandmother raised questions over the status of their romance again earlier this month, by insisting the family has never thought the singer’s high profile romance with Biel was “serious”. However, the SexyBack singer’s mum Lynn Harless is adamant her son and Biel make an excellent pair, and are still a couple. She tells E! News, “The one (girlfriend) he’s with now is awesome. He’s found someone that’ll golf with him, give him a hard time when he deserves it and stand up to him.”

When Jon Biel wanted to enlist some help for a music charity for underprivileged New York children, he knew just where to turn: daughter Jessica’s boyfriend: Justin Timberlake. Through Jon Biel, the pop star saw a newspaper story about Ten O’Clock Classics, which provides lessons and instruments, and agreed to autograph a baby grand piano to be sold at a October 22 auction. “He cares about music education and wants to make sure these kids can continue to have music lessons,” says Ronen Segev, founder of the non-profit, which also received a signed piano from Billy Joel and is working with other celebrities. “They listen to his music and they connect with him. Pete Wentz has joined Jessica Biel in her charitable mission to draw attention to the Third World’s water crisis. The stars showed up to speak at the Live Earth press conference in New York on Tuesday (October 13), where they both addressed the need for clean drinking water in third world countries. The actress, who is preparing to scale Mount Kilimanjaro to raise money for the cause, admitted she hadn’t realised that millions of people around the globe have no access to drinkable water. She told reporters, “For most of my life, water has been an ordinary part of an ordinary day. Turn on the faucet, get in the shower, wash your clothes. It is always there; it is always accessible. I’ve never been forced to think about where it comes from. “I won’t stand up and tell you that learning more has made me the brilliant creator of solutions; I am not. But I am listening. And I am changing the way that I live. This isn’t a problem for them or for those – this is a problem for us and for we.” The Fall Out Boy bassist added that he has become increasingly concerned for children’s health since becoming a father. He added, “It’s mind-blowing to me that every day 5,000 kids die because they’re drinking water that’s unsafe. These are regular kids, just like my son, who have to walk miles each day to get water and the water you get may not be safe or clean. If I had to give my little guy a glass of water – well, he doesn’t drink a lot of water – but if I had to give my little guy a glass of water knowing that it would make him sick, it would totally freak me out.”

Justin Timberlake’s friends are desperate for him to rekindle his romance with Jessica Biel. Those close to the 28-year-old singer are concerned about his crumbling relationship with Jessica, and are putting pressure on him to work through their problems. A source said: “Justin’s friends are usually all about anything he wants, but in this case, his boys are totally disappointed in him. They think he’s making a big mistake. Justin and Jessica have their problems, but all in all, his friends think she is one of the best things that ever happened to him.” Justin had been relying on his pals to go to nightclubs with him when his relationship hit the rocks, but they have not been keen on the idea. The source added to FOX 411 blog: “They really thought he got past all of that. But it’s all beginning all over again. They think if they don’t give in he may come to his senses and sort out his relationship. That’s what they really want to see happen.” Earlier this month it was claimed Justin was “re-evaluating” his two-and-a-half year romance. Neither Justin nor 27-year-old Jessica have commented on the break-up claims.
