Jessica Biel is gearing up to bring her A-game to The A-Team. The actress said in a recent interview with MTV News that if fans are expecting it to be anything like the TV show, they are in for a surprise. The movie will be much more serious in tone than the classic 80’s action series. “I think it will be a little bit similar here and there but we really have our own tone going on,” she said. “It’s a little bit less campy than the actual show and a little bit more serious action and fighting sequences but still with lots of humor. Lots and lots of humor.” The actress, who will star alongside Bradley Cooper, UFC champ Quinton “Rampage” Jackson, District 9 star Sharlto Copley and Liam Neeson, would be open to seeing one of the original A-Teamers come back and get in on the action. But that’s all still up in the air. “I don’t know about [possible cameos] actually. Up to my knowledge at this point no,” she said, adding that she’d like to see Mr. T play some kind of role. “That would be great. I can’t imagine that people wouldn’t want to see him. When you think of A-Team you think of Mr. T, so that’d be great. I don’t know about it though.” Biel does know a thing or two about her character, Carissa Sosa (it’s worth noting that IMDB lists her character’s name as Amy Allen; perhaps IMDB has it wrong). “She works for the Department of Defense, so she’s sort of after the A-Team throughout the whole movie,” she said. “She had a previous relationship connection with one of the members of the A-Team, but not presently at the moment is their particular love interest.” Thanks to MTV News for this info!

Kicking off their week with some active quality time, Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake were spotted out for a hike on July 06. The Summer Catch cutie and her Cry Me a River beau enjoyed some quality time with Jess’ pooch Tina at Runyon Canyon, looking a bit tuckered out as they returned to the parking lot. And luckily they both avoided a collision with a car whose driver almost ran the couple over by pulling out a bit too quickly. Justin recently told people not to bum-rush celebs. He told Glamour, “This guy, I couldn’t figure out if he was hitting on me or my girlfriend. In a new interview with Allure magazine, on newsstands May 26, the Texas Chainsaw Massacre actress says that being too good-looking can be a problem for an actress. “It really is a problem, I have to be blunt,” she says. “I just want an opportunity. If you don’t like the audition, then don’t hire me. But if you don’t want to see me, that’s hurtful.” Still, the star says she has “a lot to do, careerwise” and is looking to get roles like her fellow actresses Scarlett Johannson and Natalie Portman. But what’s not part of her current plans, despite the fact that she and singer Justin Timberlake seem to be very much in love, is marriage. “I have no idea if I want to get married, she says. And the antique emerald ring all the tabloids say Justin bought for her during their romantic trip to Rome? “I bought that ring for myself,” she proudly declares.

Jessica Biel’s father Stephen Collins seems to know very less as far as his daughter’s life is concerned, as he is not even aware of the rumours that his daughter and beau Justin Timberlake are getting married. When quizzed about his daughter’s marriage to beau Timberlake, Collins was left dazed. “Is that true? I didn’t hear that, but then again, I didn’t even know they were together two years ago when they started dating,” the New York Daily News quoted Collins as saying. “I was walking a red carpet and someone said, ”So what do you think of Jessica Biel and JT?” I didn’t even know who JT was!” Collins added. Actress Jessica Biel could become a professional stripper, according to her dance coach. The 27-year-old beauty, who is being trained in the skill for new movie Powder Blue, could take up dancing as a career because it comes naturally to her, said the actress’ coach, renowned burlesque stripper Cati Jean. “From our very first session she picked it up and in no time reached professional level,” the Daily Express quoted Biel, as saying. Cati, who runs a French cabaret show in Hollywood, said she would love to include Biel in a future performance. “She comes from a dance background, so that helped, but she was also very hard-working. She achieved such a high level I’d like to have her as a guest star in our show,” Jean said. However, the actress said: “I had so much to do and so much to learn. I have a great respect for the women who do this for a living.”

Stepping out to take care of her daily duties, Jessica Biel was spotted leaving the Avalon hotel in Beverly Hills, California on Thursday (April 09). The Powder Blue babe was accompanied by a male acquaintance, looking stylish in an all-black ensemble with knee-high tan leather boots.
Meanwhile, Miss Biel’s personal trainer, Jason Walsh, recently chatted with People magazines about the workout routine keeping Jess in such great shape. Among the highlights, Walsh tells that Jessica warms up with walking lunges, saying, “This stretches the larger leg and glute muscles.” Also in the routine, Biel hits the track and jogs for half a mile, then does two 200-meter, 150-meter, and 100-meter sprints. This type of cardio interval training “leans her out,” Jason says.
